Senior Software Engineer – Forward Deployed AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with a PTA cohort to deliver targeted enablement.

• Transform successes into platform-integrated solutions.

• Incorporate new tools via the MCP Gateway and AWS connector layer.

• Provide feedback to the platform team and the AI Unlock program.

• Assist in monitoring and improving adoption health.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 3 years of professional software engineering experience.

• Practical experience with at least one modern application stack (such as Python, TypeScript/Node, Go, or similar) alongside contemporary CI/CD practices.

• Proven capability to deliver end-to-end solutions in unfamiliar codebases, including consulting, forward-deployed roles, solutions, or platform-adjacent experiences.

• Hands-on experience with one or more agentic coding tools in a production or near-production environment (including but not limited to Claude Code, Cursor, Cody, Copilot agents, Aider, or equivalent).

• Excellent written communication skills: adept at creating documentation, runbooks, and educational materials for engineers who were not present.
