• Treats engineers as clients by offering office hours, thorough documentation, and feedback channels.
• Evaluates platform impact using DORA metrics, adoption rates, and time-to-productivity data.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of delivering features and infrastructure independently in production.
• Practical experience in building and maintaining CI/CD systems at an organizational scale, preferably with GitLab CI and/or Jenkins.
• Experience in developing developer-facing tools or platform services relied upon by other engineers.
• Hands-on experience with LLM developer tools: MCP, LLM APIs, agent orchestration, or AI harnesses (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot Workspace, or similar).
• Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript, with enough production experience to take ownership of and deliver real features.
• Proficient in Kubernetes and Helm at a production scale on AWS or Azure.
• Experience in designing shared pipeline abstractions and CI/CD infrastructure used by multiple teams.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or their equivalents.

• Comprehensive insurance coverage (medical, dental, vision, life, and disability).
• Flexible paid time off.
• Paid holidays.
• 401(k) plan with company matching.
• Option for remote work.
