Senior Software Engineer – DGX Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Investigate cutting-edge methods to streamline the development, deployment, and monitoring of applications accelerated by GPUs and DPUs.

• Create and implement software for managing a network of Kubernetes clusters focused on GPUs and DPUs.

• Engage with Cloud Native technologies to enhance NVIDIA accelerators within Kubernetes environments.

• Collaborate with various engineering teams across NVIDIA to ensure smooth integration of software.

• Automate and refine the build, testing, integration, and release workflows for cloud-native applications.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• Over 10 years of demonstrated experience in large-scale environments.

• Expert-level proficiency in systems programming languages such as Go and C.

• Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Kubernetes and container technologies.

• Extensive experience and knowledge of Unix/Unix-like kernel internals, especially Linux.

• Practical automation experience with contemporary infrastructure tools and technologies.

• Proven track record in establishing, maintaining, and automating continuous deployment systems.

• Solid background in cloud computing and the design and development of distributed software.

• Familiarity with performance, security, and reliability aspects in complex distributed systems.

• Significant experience with the Go programming language.

• Profound understanding of rack-scale GPU systems.

• Strong experience with GitLab, Argo, Flux, and other CI/CD platforms.

• Considerable hands-on experience with containers and Kubernetes.

• Practical experience with container workload isolation and confidential computing.
