Senior Software Engineer, Developer Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop the foundations for agentic developer workflows

• Create and construct product interfaces that engineers and AI agents utilize on a daily basis

• Take ownership of and enhance the Cloud Development Environment (CDE) platform

• Optimize build systems, CI/CD pipelines, testing infrastructure, and observability

• Prototype and assess innovative AI developer tools

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of professional experience in software engineering

• Proven experience in building developer infrastructure, DevEx, or platform tools

• Strong systems thinking related to build pipelines, CI/CD, and development environments

• A user experience mindset applied to engineering systems

• Practical experience with agentic developer tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex

• Proficiency in Go, Python, TypeScript, and React
