This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.
• Develop and sustain full stack capabilities for the ChartCheck web application, encompassing both frontend and backend systems.
• Design, create, and manage browser-based web applications utilizing JavaScript/TypeScript and contemporary web technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to develop software products aimed at cancer treatment centers.
• Engage in code reviews while upholding high standards of software quality.
• Monitor and oversee development tasks through tickets and project workflows.
• Provide support to teammates through knowledge sharing, collaboration, and mentorship.
• Contribute to secure and compliant software development practices within healthcare settings.
• Propel ChartCheck forward to enhance the safety, efficiency, and quality of cancer treatment planning processes.
• Participate in new product development projects for cancer centers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Extensive programming expertise in JavaScript and/or TypeScript within a browser context.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining production web applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript technologies.
• Full stack development experience that spans both frontend and backend systems.
• Proficient in designing, constructing, and utilizing RESTful APIs.
• Database experience with MongoDB, Microsoft SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Familiarity with C#/.NET.
• Experience with WPF/C#.NET.
• Clinical programming experience with HL7 or DICOM standards.
• Experience in environments governed by HIPAA and medical device software development.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and software risk management practices.
• Experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as Lit, React, Angular, Vue, Svelte, or similar.
