This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Operate a contemporary, containerized service-oriented architecture utilizing top-tier software development methodologies.
• Deploy code to production multiple times daily.
• Utilize state-of-the-art AI tools to accelerate the realization of ideas while maintaining technical and product standards.
• Convert advanced R&D methodologies into scalable applications and features for SeatGeek’s wider non-technical team.
• Design and enhance foundational systems that facilitate effective AI utilization and proactive workflows throughout SeatGeek.
• Create efficient tools and system integrations that drive productivity across the organization.
• Assist non-technical users in enhancing their building capabilities through a solid architecture and comprehensive feature sets.
• Assess new technologies and refine the software stack, including AI tools.
• Collaborate across teams and disciplines to produce the finest product in the ticketing sector.
• Proven experience in developing business-critical software in a dynamic environment.
• Skilled in overcoming complex technical challenges, such as real-time data integration, proactive workflows, and AI-driven automation.
• A strong enthusiasm for software craftsmanship and product development.
• Well-founded perspectives on software functionality and a dedication to maintaining high coding standards.
• A product-oriented mindset emphasizing user experience, business impact, and product quality.
