Senior Software Engineer, Backend – Product Engineering

📋 Description

• Create and sustain public APIs that are integral to the API Product suite.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to transform a functional vision into a concrete roadmap with defined outcomes.

• Facilitate and empower internal business units through shared engineering services and functionalities.

• Cultivate cross-functional relationships with stakeholders throughout the organization to fully understand and support their mission from start to finish.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in designing and developing scalable systems, web applications, APIs, and services.

• Knowledge of storage systems, including relational databases (e.g., Postgres) and analytical databases.

• Demonstrated capability to identify customer pain points and translate their needs into technical and product requirements.

• A strong sense of initiative and ownership, along with the ability to navigate uncertainty and adapt swiftly to changes.

• Outstanding ability to structure problems and pinpoint the most critical issues for prioritization.

• Proficient in conveying complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, both verbally and in writing.

• Experience collaborating in a cross-functional environment with a diverse range of individuals at all levels within an organization.
