Senior Software Engineer, Backend

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in designing and developing scalable systems, web applications, APIs, and services.

• Knowledge of storage systems, including relational databases (e.g., Postgres) and analytical databases.

• Demonstrated capability in identifying customer pain points and aligning their needs with technical and product requirements.

• A strong sense of initiative and ownership, coupled with the ability to navigate uncertainty and swiftly adapt to changes.

• Exceptional skills in structuring problems and pinpointing critical issues for prioritization.

• Proficient in conveying complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, both verbally and in writing.

• Experience collaborating in a cross-functional environment with a diverse range of individuals at all levels within an organization.
