Senior Software Engineer, Backend

📋 Description

• Tackle intricate engineering challenges that will not only enhance your technical abilities but also refine your project management and interpersonal skills.

• Create and sustain public APIs that are integral to the API Product suite.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to transform a functional vision into a concrete roadmap with defined outcomes.

• Provide support and facilitate internal business units through shared engineering services and functionalities.

• Establish cross-functional relationships with stakeholders throughout the organization to comprehend and empower their mission from start to finish.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in designing and developing scalable systems, web applications, APIs, and services.

• A solid understanding of storage systems, including relational databases (e.g., Postgres) and analytical databases.

• Demonstrated ability to grasp customer pain points and translate their needs into technical and product requirements.

• A strong sense of initiative and ownership, along with the capability to navigate uncertainty and adapt swiftly to change.

• Outstanding ability to structure problems and identify the most critical issues for prioritization.

• Proficient in conveying complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, both verbally and in writing.

• Experience working cooperatively in a cross-functional setting with a diverse array of individuals at all levels within an organization.
