This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Develop and sustain components within the Attestation Cloud platform, including verification processes, SDK and CLI integrations, as well as capabilities hosted by customers.
• Enable compatibility with new NVIDIA devices and emerging platform generations.
• Manage projects from inception to completion, encompassing design, maintainable coding, automated testing, deployment, telemetry, and ongoing production support.
• Enhance reliability and security by implementing dependency-failure handling, retries, idempotency, caching, data storage, authentication, revocation freshness, compatibility, graceful degradation, and release validation.
• Create test fixtures, conformance tools, and automation processes to ensure consistent verification behavior both locally and remotely.
• Conduct root-cause analyses utilizing logs, traces, telemetry, and focused experiments.
• Engage in design and code reviews while documenting technical work.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers.
• Participate in the rotating on-call schedule and ensure incidents are resolved with lasting solutions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of practical experience in developing production-level software.
• Proven interest in security-critical systems, secure software development, trust infrastructure, or confidential computing.
• Proficient programming and debugging skills in at least one of the following languages: C++, Rust, or Go.
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals and practical expertise in Linux, networking, APIs, concurrency, data storage, caching, and software testing.
• Experience in owning a feature or component throughout its lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, observability, production debugging, and maintenance.
• Willingness to participate in a primary on-call rotation and manage production services during incident responses and subsequent improvements.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, major cloud service providers, distributed system failure management, observability, SLOs, safe deployment practices, resilience testing, or incident response.
• Experience in developing SDKs, verifiers, agents, proxies, customer-hosted software, offline systems, distributed caches, device-enablement frameworks, or hardware/software integration components.
• Knowledge of PKI, TLS/mTLS, certificates, signing, revocation, OCSP or CRLs, authentication and authorization, secrets management, secure boot, or hardware roots of trust.
• Experience or interest in attestation and confidential computing technologies such as TPMs, DICE, SPDM, IETF RATS, EAT, CoRIM, Intel TDX or SGX, AMD SEV-SNP, Arm CCA, HSMs, or GPU and accelerator attestation.
• Proficiency in hardening software that handles untrusted input through threat modeling, fuzzing, negative testing, memory or concurrency safety, dependency controls, artifact signing, or software supply chain practices.
