This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, data architects, and the IT&S department to identify and articulate business requirements that necessitate technology solutions.
• Design, assure quality, implement, and maintain solution components for prioritized business use cases.
• Evaluate quality and production readiness for logistics.
• Work alongside Solutions Architecture, Security Service, Application Management, Infrastructure Management, and Customer Service teams.
• Adhere to Agile DevOps methodologies for capturing requirements, architecture and design, development, quality assurance, version control, deployment, troubleshooting, and change management.
• Maintain security and data integrity to support PCI and HIPAA compliance.
• Engage in requirements discovery and usability sessions with end users, product owners, and usability designers.
• Ensure comprehensive unit, functional, and automated testing coverage prior to deployment.
• Conduct peer coding and design reviews.
• Establish design patterns and standards; refactor and re-engineer custom legacy applications utilizing the Microsoft tech stack.
• Produce current-state and historical process documentation.
• Contribute to refactoring and new technology initiatives, including researching and disseminating new design patterns.
• Provide continuous support, maintenance, enhancements, monitoring, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or equivalent experience; relevant professional experience may serve as a substitute.
• One (1) or more Microsoft solutions certifications in solutions architecture is preferred.
• At least ten (10) years of experience in object-oriented software development and maintenance using programming languages such as C#, .Net Core, Razor Pages; experience with React.js UI is also required.
• Proficiency with NoSQL databases, specifically Azure Cosmos DB.
• Experience working with REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud services.
• Understanding of how to implement solutions utilizing multiple data sources.
• Experience with Azure API Apps, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and REST services.
• Competence in writing manual and automated test cases using NUnit.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory is advantageous.
• Understanding of Release Management principles with experience in a structured environment for managing release levels and deployments is preferred.
• Proof of vaccination or a vaccine declination form is required prior to employment.
