Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee the artifact lifecycle system that manages transitions between AI-supported stages.

• Create schemas and traceability standards that link requirements, use cases, and their implementation.

• Write and update instructions and skills for AI agents.

• Construct, establish, and deploy AI agents that contribute to the development lifecycle.

• Implement Python/Bash automation to enforce schema and quality standards.

• Evaluate and score the quality of AI outputs and establish feedback loops for ongoing enhancement.

• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering teams on unified standards and transitions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical experience in developing production software or internal platforms.

• Direct experience in designing agent instructions, prompt systems, or workflows supported by LLM.

• Familiarity with specification-driven or artifact-lifecycle systems that incorporate AI.

• Experience in building and deploying production AI agents, including their architectures and orchestration patterns.

• Knowledge of testing methods, rubrics, evaluation datasets, LLM-as-judge methodologies, and AI workflow monitoring.

• Experience in designing structured data contracts using JSON Schema, YAML, or equivalent formats.

• Capability to work collaboratively with Product, UX, and Engineering teams.

• Passion for new AI technologies, platforms, tools, and methodologies.

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

• Familiarity with agentic coding and cloud-based agent platforms, such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Gemini.

• Proficient in Python scripting and automation.

• Hands-on experience with Claude Agent SDK, Google ADK, LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar technologies.

• Proficiency in Git, including branching, pull request workflows, and cross-repository modifications.

• Experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or comparable tools.

• Ability to create and manage integrations with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Monday.

• Familiarity with MCP and command-line interface tools.
