Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Utilize AI coding tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar) as an integral component of your development workflow.

• Verify the accuracy of architecture by conducting analyses, leveraging AI-enhanced coding, maintaining clear documentation, and effectively resolving issues.

• Keep thorough and current knowledge of standards, guidelines, industry trends, and the latest AI development tools.

• Create web and mobile applications with a focus on utilizing AI to expedite delivery while maintaining high standards of code quality and security.

• Operate within a DevOps environment, possessing a strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, APM, security scanning, test automation, unit testing, and rapid deployment practices.

• Employ AI tools for pipeline configuration, automated test creation, and code quality assessments.

• Work with both NoSQL and relational databases; design and optimize data access patterns to enhance performance and scalability.

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Agile Scrum Masters to ensure that priorities align with company goals and product deliverables.

• Communicate effectively with scrum teams, Product Owners, design teams, and leadership personnel.

• Develop and sustain web service integrations within a contemporary AWS cloud architecture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in building or integrating AI/ML-driven features into production applications.

• Familiarity with LLM APIs (like OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) for application-layer AI integration.

• Experience in the healthcare industry; knowledge of FHIR/HL7 standards is preferred.

• Proficiency with NextJS and/or Expo (React Native).

• Experience with TypeScript and Redux.
