Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create software applications and features utilizing Golang and React.

• Assist in constructing a distributed architecture, developing solutions that function within it while ensuring consistency during high scalability.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design products that lead the market.

• Generate and analyze metrics to foster continuous improvement of current products.

• Provide high-quality features that are testable and comply with reporting standards.

• Lead small development teams when necessary to successfully launch a project.

• Guide fellow engineering colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in full-stack software engineering.

• Proven ability to propose innovative ideas and build consensus on the future direction.

• Proficient in building and serving REST APIs using Go (preferably) or Java, Python, or a similar programming language.

• Experience with distributed, cloud-based architecture, including design patterns such as transactional outboxes or queuing tools like RabbitMQ, SQS, or Kafka.

• Demonstrated experience with Claude or similar large language model tools is essential; candidates should be adept at using AI to improve productivity, research, and communication.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
