Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of features from inception to completion, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ensuring post-release stability.

• Develop frontend experiences utilizing Angular, backend services and APIs with .NET, C#, and Python, and manage data layers using PostgreSQL and SQL Server.

• Write clean, testable, and well-structured code while actively participating in code reviews.

• Create maintainable and reusable solutions that align with the overall system architecture.

• Identify potential technical risks and delivery obstacles, offering effective solutions.

• Collaborate with teams in Quality Engineering, Platform, Architecture, and Infrastructure.

• Contribute to the design, performance, and reliability of APIs.

• Provide mentorship to less experienced engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing.

• Engage in agile ceremonies and sprint planning while taking responsibility for team commitments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software engineering.

• Proven capability in full-stack development across frontend, backend, and data layers.

• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of features, with accountability for quality, stability, and results.

• Strong foundation in software design principles, including API design, data modeling, separation of concerns, and component boundaries.

• Ability to work autonomously with ambiguous requirements and drive tasks to completion without close supervision.

• Proven track record of mentoring junior engineers and positively contributing to team culture and code quality.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
