This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Acquire an in-depth understanding of pre-admission testing (PAT) workflows, hospital operations, and user requirements to pinpoint significant opportunities that enhance efficiency and lessen the administrative workload for clinical personnel.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and product management to establish and refine product specifications.
• Take charge of the design, implementation, and optimization of the PAT Assist product.
• Interact with customers and stakeholders to validate ideas and collect feedback.
• Ensure a smooth user experience that strikes a balance between simplicity, rigor, and enjoyment.
• Guide and support cross-functional team members across engineering.
• Present and communicate a unified product vision that aligns with the organization's objectives.
• Develop scalable, intelligent systems that improve the efficiency and reliability of automated workflows.
• Collaborate across functions with engineering and product teams to create solutions that provide measurable value.
• Over 4 years of experience in product engineering.
• Demonstrated success in delivering engineering solutions within a dynamic remote startup environment.
• Practical full-stack experience with Python and TypeScript/React.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
• Systems-thinking capability that balances a broad vision with meticulous attention to detail.
