Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and uphold production-quality backend services and data pipelines.

• Take ownership of orchestration and deployment automation (using Airflow, CI/CD) to guarantee dependable and repeatable releases.

• Create data warehousing solutions that facilitate scalable, business-focused systems.

• Provide mentorship and support to junior and mid-level engineers within the team.

• Assist in the design and execution of AI-driven features within the overall product architecture.

• Keep comprehensive technical documentation and adhere to organized Git/GitHub workflows.

• Engage in architectural and design discussions across various client projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience writing high-quality backend Python in production settings.

• Practical data engineering expertise: constructing, managing, and scaling data pipelines.

• Familiarity with Airflow or similar workflow orchestration tools.

• Strong understanding of data warehousing principles and their implementation.

• Experience with deployment automation and CI/CD processes in production environments.

• Knowledge of the fundamentals of distributed systems.

• Background in structured production environments.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proficiency in English.
