Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

📋 Description

• Conduct research, design, implement, and oversee software applications.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to establish requirements.

• Develop, test, and deploy efficient code.

• Review and provide constructive feedback on pull requests.

• Integrate AI coding tools into daily workflows.

• Mentor and coach fellow team members.

• Work with Product, Engineering, and internal teams to grasp customer needs and create technical solutions.

• Assist in building a new platform for a Scholarship Granting Organization focused on collecting donations, assessing scholarship eligibility, and distributing funds.

• Lead the technical direction for a newly established engineering team.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Over 5 years of relevant experience.

• Strong technical skills and competency.

• A logical, analytical, and creative mindset for problem-solving.

• Ability to communicate complex issues clearly to clients, colleagues, and management.

• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively while managing multiple priorities.

• Flexibility to adapt to change and a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Experience with or willingness to learn .NET and Angular engineering fundamentals.
