Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the architecture and technical direction of scalable and maintainable software solutions.

• Design, develop, test, and sustain web-based applications throughout the comprehensive technology stack.

• Modernize legacy systems by employing contemporary engineering practices and AI-assisted development tools.

• Coordinate development efforts with offshore engineering teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality output.

• Collaborate with Product teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Write clean, maintainable code while promoting best practices for performance, security, and reliability.

• Investigate and resolve intricate bugs, performance challenges, and system obstacles.

• Design and implement APIs and integrations with both internal and external services.

• Support testing, documentation, and code review processes.

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies to enhance development efficiency and product capabilities.

• Integrate AI coding tools as a fundamental aspect of the daily workflow.

• Assist in establishing team norms for prompt engineering, code-generation reviews, and responsible use of AI tools.

• Contribute to AI agent workflows that automate multi-step engineering and product tasks utilizing LLM APIs, MCP tooling, or orchestration frameworks.

• Serve as a pivotal technical leader, mentor team members, and spearhead complex initiatives throughout the development organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong proficiency in C# (.NET Core and .NET Framework) and JavaScript.

• Proficiency in Python and Java is advantageous.

• Experience in building modern web applications using Angular; familiarity with React or Vue.js is a plus.

• Extensive experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, .NET, Django, or similar frameworks.

• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

• Solid understanding of API design and integration, including RESTful services and GraphQL.

• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

• Ability to design and implement scalable systems and contribute to architectural choices.

• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and system analysis capabilities.

• Experience collaborating with distributed and offshore engineering teams.

• Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools is a strong advantage; a demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn are valued.

• Experience with or a strong interest in developing LLM-powered features or agentic workflows utilizing OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar APIs.

• Familiarity with Ionic, React Native, or Flutter is a bonus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• Over 6 years of professional software development experience, preferably within SaaS platforms.

• Proven experience delivering complex software systems in a collaborative development environment.

• Must provide documentation authorizing legal work in the United States of America.

• Full-time availability is required.
