Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Design and maintain proprietary applications, websites, and services utilizing React.

• Act as a technical lead guiding the development efforts of both internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery of products and features.

• Take responsibility for the architecture and quality of the codebase.

• Create software solutions to enhance Healthcare IT.

• Provide mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.

• Support task planning, estimation, scheduling, and resource allocation.

• Collaborate with third-party vendors and clients to maintain hardware on the eVisit platform.

• Assess processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance product development.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in developing enterprise web applications.

• Strong expertise in React, Redux, RTK, and their related ecosystems.

• Comprehensive knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Profound understanding of contemporary web application architecture, API design patterns, performance optimization, and scalability.

• Familiarity with WebSocket, WebRTC, Twilio, and video conferencing protocols and systems is advantageous.

• Motivated to take ownership of processes and provide effective solutions.

• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities.

• Capability to adapt strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Experience in regulated sectors, particularly healthcare, HL7, or EMRs, is a plus.

• Familiarity with Ruby is a plus.

• Experience with EHR and EMR platforms is a plus.
