Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Make a significant impact across the codebase, product, engineering culture, and the organization.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to identify challenges and develop effective solutions.

• Create and implement modular, API-first solutions while upholding strong domain boundaries and engineering standards.

• Oversee the entire process from design and development through to testing and deployment.

• Advocate for modern development practices such as automated testing, peer review, and continuous delivery.

• Mentor and support fellow engineers and engage in engineering communities, guilds, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in building and managing modern, cloud-native software products within a product-driven SaaS environment, demonstrating strong full-stack engineering fundamentals with a focus on clean, maintainable code.

• Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable, resilient solutions using technologies such as C#, .NET, Azure, APIs, distributed systems, and SQL Server.

• Proficient in contributing to architecture, technical strategy, and engineering best practices, with experience in microservices, event-driven systems, Domain Driven Design (DDD), and cloud-native patterns.

• A product-oriented mindset that extends beyond technical requirements to understand customer challenges, deliver impactful outcomes, and drive business success.

• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities, with experience in Agile, cross-functional product teams and a commitment to elevating engineering standards across the organization.

• Inquisitive, adaptable, and focused on growth, with a passion for continuous improvement, modern DevOps practices, CI/CD, observability, automation, and learning new technologies.
