Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support and enhance high-quality software modules for the Cotiviti product suite.

• Analyze and resolve software-related issues from internal or external clients.

• Document application specifications, design, features, and operations prior to production rollout.

• Implement solution enhancements to boost performance and availability.

• Communicate technical and operational challenges to engineering and business leadership.

• Comply with technology standards while developing systems.

• Investigate new concepts and contribute innovative improvements to processes or systems.

• Continuously enhance knowledge of technologies integrated into the Cotiviti product suite.

• Execute all necessary components of the Cotiviti Software Development Lifecycle.

• Mentor fellow developers.

• Fulfill annual Performance Plan responsibilities and complete assigned special projects.

• Collaborate with senior developers, offshore development team members, business owners, project management, and internal stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.

• 4-5 years of industry experience.

• 2+ years of experience with healthcare data.

• Proficient in working with large datasets.

• 4-5 years of experience with relational databases.

• 4-5 years of experience with ETL processes.

• Skilled in optimization and tuning of SQL/Oracle queries, stored procedures, and triggers.

• Advanced understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design.

• 4-5 years of experience with Java frameworks or .Net Framework.

• Familiarity with one or more enterprise scheduling tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Must provide a dedicated, secure workspace with reliable high-speed internet.
