Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the design, implementation, and comprehensive integration of essential cryptographic infrastructure.

• Spearhead the setup of infrastructure, continuous deployment, and strategies for observability.

• Tackle intricate integration challenges, creating secure and resilient infrastructure.

• Influence engineering excellence as a technical mentor, fostering thorough code reviews.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders from Security, Product, and Policy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software engineering, demonstrating success in building highly available, distributed systems.

• Knowledge of applied cryptography, Key Management Systems (KMS), or Hardware Security Modules (HSMs).

• Extensive programming skills in systems languages such as Golang, Java, C++, or Rust.

• Proven experience in operating Tier-0 or critically important infrastructure where system resilience, observability, and security are essential.

• Demonstrated capability in managing complex projects from start to finish.

• Employs generative AI responsibly, ensuring human oversight to provide business-ready outputs.
