⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in developing complex systems or operating within regulated sectors, with an emphasis on scalability.

• Capability to independently manage team-wide projects that create significant impact for the organization.

• Proven experience in a collaborative, cross-functional environment while overseeing multiple internal stakeholders and end users.

• Demonstrated history of making high-quality, swift decisions informed by past experiences.

• A strong sense of curiosity and determination to troubleshoot complex issues within intricate systems.

• A willingness to learn our current technology stack is essential: Python/Django, React, Typescript, AWS, Terraform, Postgres, Temporal, and Github.
