Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the feature delivery process (design → deployment → support)

• Develop scalable and maintainable systems to meet evolving product requirements

• Collaborate with product teams to clarify requirements and provide effective solutions

• Enhance reliability and code quality through robust engineering practices

• Engage in on-call rotations and contribute to operational excellence

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in building and maintaining production-grade systems

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and comfort with ambiguous situations

• Ability to independently define solutions and contribute to architectural design

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software in fast-paced settings

• Solid engineering fundamentals (testing, clean code, maintainability)

• Experience in enhancing system performance and reliability

• Strong code review abilities and a commitment to raising engineering standards

• Willingness to participate in on-call duties and incident response

• Experience with sensitive data and adherence to security best practices (PII)

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and MCP servers

• Nice to Have: Experience with microservices or distributed systems, data-intensive platforms, MDM, reducing technical debt, and enhancing developer productivity through CI/CD and tooling.
