Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of features from start to finish across the TypeScript CLI, Postgres data layer, evals, and deployments.

• Develop tools that ensure the reliability of autonomous agents in production settings.

• Collaborate with various open-source and flagship LLMs to enhance results.

• Deliver quickly, assess outcomes through evals, and iterate in direct feedback with customers.

• Work alongside a close-knit team of DevOps, Platform, and Infra engineers.

• Proven experience in shipping complex production systems and managing them effectively in a live environment.

• Familiarity with AI-native workflows and the utilization of agents during development.

• A proactive ownership mentality with the capability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

• Openness to work beyond a restricted scope.

• Eagerness to engage in real-time collaboration.

• Eligibility to work in the EU.

• Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js.

• Experience with AWS and Kubernetes / Docker Swarm.

• Knowledge of Vue and Nuxt.

• Background in Python development.
