Senior Software Engineer – Applied AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Develop and troubleshoot code within a live, real-time voice processing pipeline

• Create control systems centered around LLMs

• Construct and manage LLM evaluation and batch-analysis pipelines

• Oversee traditional ML workflows from data handling to scheduled production inference

• Investigate production issues from metric anomalies to their root causes

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in building and managing production backend systems

• Proficient general-purpose programming skills, particularly in Python

• Familiarity with operating distributed systems in the cloud; adept at debugging from telemetry to root cause

• Practical production experience with LLMs or generative AI

• Competent understanding of the traditional machine learning lifecycle

• Adherence to discipline in a regulated setting

• Experience in real-time media or telephony (preferred)

• Front-end / full-stack development skills (preferred)
