📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive execution of AI and machine learning projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met.

• Lead and mentor delivery teams, offering clear guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth.

• Create and sustain detailed project plans, risk management registers, and delivery roadmaps utilizing suitable methodologies.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and clients to gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate updates and results.

• Evaluate project performance metrics and implement initiatives for continuous improvement to enhance delivery efficiency.

• Manage prioritization, capacity planning, and team structure to maximize project success.

• Proactively identify and address risks, developing contingency plans and protocols for resolving issues.

• Advocate for guidelines regarding AI delivery, governance, and ethical practices throughout the organization.

• Work alongside technical teams to ensure that architectural decisions align with business goals and delivery limitations.

• Promote knowledge sharing and skill development within the delivery function.

• Established expertise in delivery management frameworks and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).

• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.

• Technical knowledge of AI/ML concepts, tools, and implementation challenges.

• Experience in managing budgets, resource allocation, and cost control.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
