Senior AI Engineer, Core Engine

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Convert product requirements into effective tools and services and deliver them to production.

• Scale prototypes to accommodate a large user base.

• Enhance and evaluate our semantic search service.

• Develop evaluation pipelines for code retrieval and coding task performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five years of practical experience in NLP.

• Proficiency in information retrieval systems.

• Extensive experience in LLM prompt and tool engineering, along with expertise in AI agents.

• Strong programming abilities in Python and/or Kotlin, with a willingness to learn any unfamiliar language.

• Experience in constructing and managing production-grade software systems.
