AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement multi-agent workflows utilizing Anthropic/OpenAI APIs, focusing on orchestration, tool utilization, structured outputs, and guardrails.

• Create hybrid retrieval architectures that seamlessly integrate knowledge graphs, vector search, and ranking into a unified context layer.

• Construct evaluation frameworks and observability tools for monitoring agent performance — including quality, latency, and cost — to facilitate iterative improvements.

• Incorporate LLM inference, retrieval, and reasoning services into production environments.

• Collaborate with researchers and subject matter experts to transform neuro-symbolic prototypes into dependable product features.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in software engineering (backend or ML), including work with production systems in Python.

• Practical experience in developing LLM systems beyond mere demonstrations: agents and tool utilization, RAG, or evaluation pipelines.

• Proven workflow experience with OpenAI/Anthropic APIs or similar platforms.

• Strong engineering principles: API design, services architecture, testing, and deployment.
