Senior Software Engineer, AI Storage

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Contribute to pioneering solutions in the industry that deliver outstanding performance and security enhancements to the infrastructure utilized by top applications.

• Create new features and facilitate various technologies related to data storage for GPU I/O.

• Design and implement advanced C++/CUDA libraries and algorithms for exceptionally high performance.

• Identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks by devising optimizations within the I/O stack, frameworks, and applications.

• Collaborate effectively with other experts, including research teams, and be prepared to tackle complex engineering challenges that align with the objectives of the team and the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong understanding of Linux kernel internals, Filesystems, Object storage systems, Databases, and Vector Databases.

• Solid grasp of NVMe and related technologies.

• Experience in development for Cloud, Virtualization (VMware, KVM), and Container technologies.

• In-depth knowledge of Computer Architecture.

• Comprehensive understanding of data structures and algorithms.

• Proficiency in Bash and Python.

• Exceptional communication and planning abilities.

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Over 7 years of robust coding experience in C, C++, Rust, and Python.
