Senior Software Engineer – AI Interaction Evaluator, Codex / Claude Code

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assess AI-generated coding interactions from start to finish

• Evaluate the usefulness and correctness of outputs at a comprehensive level

• Analyze the quality of explanations and reasoning provided

• Differentiate between varying levels of response quality

• Offer clear and constructive feedback on interactions

• Assist in defining the standards for exceptional interactions with tools

⛳️ Requirements

• Staff / Principal-level engineer (or possess equivalent experience)

• Solid background in TypeScript / JavaScript or Python

• Practical experience with OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, and Cursor

• Thorough understanding of contemporary AI-assisted development workflows

• Capable of evaluating code without the need to execute or examine every line in detail

• At ease with providing direct and opinionated feedback

• Maintains a high standard for what constitutes ‘good engineering’
