Senior Software Engineer – Agents

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop the core agent infrastructure for an AI assistant aimed at helping developers enhance and understand their subscription revenue.

• Focus on orchestration, tool execution, context management, evaluation, and the establishment of a trust layer.

• Deliver a completely new agent feature to tens of thousands of developers within the initial three months.

• Participate in the on-call rotation and gain foundational knowledge in incident response within six months.

• Conduct code reviews, draft proposals, and engage in architectural discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in shipping production systems.

• Practical experience in working with LLMs—not merely prompting but also constructing the surrounding systems: tool utilization, structured output, context management, evaluation, and orchestration.

• Solid backend fundamentals. You have designed systems that are reliable, observable, and secure.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in an early-stage product within a growth-stage company.

• Self-motivated and capable of identifying necessary tasks, constructing them, and delivering results.

• Effectively collaborates with team members and communicates well in a fully remote environment.

• Bonus: Experience with OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, developing agents for external use, evaluating frameworks (Langfuse, Langchain, etc.), familiarity with subscription business models, creating Slack integrations, and contributions to open-source AI/ML tools.
