Senior Software Engineer – Acquisition, Funnel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of significant product and technical projects from start to finish.

• Collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders.

• Assess success based on impact metrics: conversion rates, user adoption, reliability, and actual user outcomes.

• Set a precedent in establishing engineering standards and best practices.

• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance conversion rates and overall product experience.

• Introduce or refine technology solutions when they provide genuine value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience.

• Practical experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining production software using Node.js, React, and TypeScript.

• Proven track record of managing CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with automated testing methodologies.

• Background in production monitoring and observability practices.

• Competence in responsibly managing regulated or sensitive data (PII/PIFI).
