Senior Software Development Manager

📋 Description

• Direct the team responsible for the advancement of the NHI Governance domain within our Pathfinder products.

• Develop, expand, and manage a high-performing engineering team tasked with delivering a new platform-native module along with scalable, secure services.

• Assist customers in identifying, evaluating, and addressing non-human identities in both cloud and on-premise environments.

• Collaborate with product, design, and platform teams to tackle intricate identity and security challenges at scale.

• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing software engineering teams that create cloud-based or SaaS products.

• A robust technical background, enabling credible engagement in architecture, design, and code-level trade-offs.

• Proven experience leading teams that utilize AI-assisted, agentic development tools.

• A successful history of delivering complex projects within deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

• Experience collaborating with product and design teams in an agile delivery framework.

• Knowledge of modern cloud-native development, microservices, and public cloud service providers.

• Experience in developing engineers and nurturing talent through coaching and mentorship.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for providing clarity and direction in ambiguous situations.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and business requirements across cross-functional teams.
