Senior Software Development Engineer, Java/Angular

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Collaborate within a product team of 6–10 members, including engineers, UX designers, and a product manager.

• Develop high-quality, user-friendly products for both customers and stakeholders.

• Provide guidance to business and technology personnel regarding the development process.

• Create products from the discovery phase through framing, iterative development, and delivery.

• Uphold a user-centered and business-focused design approach.

• Actively participate in an Agile team within a collaborative setting.

• Design efficient and user-centric software products that align with business requirements.

• Write frontend and backend code utilizing test-driven development methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in delivering enterprise solutions within large-scale distributed software design environments, ideally J2EE.

• More than 5 years of Java development experience, particularly with Spring Boot and/or Spring MVC.

• At least 2 years of frontend development experience using Angular 8+, React, or similar technologies.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience applying Agile concepts, including CI/CD and TDD.

• Preferred experience in cloud development.

• Experience with PaaS and/or SaaS development is preferred.

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• For every year of an incomplete college degree, two years of professional work experience is required, in addition to the necessary experience.
