Senior Software Developer – Product Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Leverage generative AI tools to enhance coding efficiency while ensuring technical quality and security.

• Collaborate with the Product Owner and Tech Lead to transform ambiguous requirements into actionable technical specifications.

• Develop functional prototypes and minimum viable products (MVPs) to test business hypotheses.

• Manage end-to-end project deliveries, from initial technical conception to deployment and ongoing monitoring.

• Convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Produce clean, testable, and efficient code with the assistance of AI tools.

• Perform thorough code reviews and detect vulnerabilities or inaccuracies in AI-generated code.

• Record architectural decisions to ease future maintenance efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in software development, with a minimum of 2 years.

• Strong expertise in technology stacks such as JavaScript (Nest, Next, Nuxt), Python, PHP (Laravel), C# (.NET), and Dart (Flutter).

• Advanced knowledge of data structures and databases.

• Capability to create complex queries and conduct data analysis.

• Practical, day-to-day experience with development tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor.ai, ChatGPT, or Claude.

• Skill in structuring prompts to devise complex architectures.

• Ability to pinpoint security and logical flaws in AI-suggested code.

• Competency to negotiate project scope with the Product Owner and articulate technical trade-offs to management.

• Previous experience in startups or growth teams is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Design Systems or Figma is a bonus.
