Senior Software Developer, Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and develop product features

• Address and rectify product defects

• Create innovative solutions for complex, industry-specific challenges

• Lead and architect software solutions driven by SaaS

• Deliver cohesive mobile and web-based applications

• Grasp individual product requirements for future development and innovation

• Implement front-end and back-end modifications and enhancements throughout the system

• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and testing teams regarding application usability, features, and performance

• Translate wireframes and requirements documents into technical solutions

• Manage projects from product requirements to launch, including code review, unit testing, testing, and deployment

• Accurately document work to align with company SOPs, audit standards, peer training, and peer code reviews

• Advocate for emerging technologies and smartly integrate them into the product suite

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in system design and development of web applications

• Proficient in HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS

• Professional experience with Visual Studio 2012 and later versions

• Familiarity with MVC framework

• Experience in writing database-driven ASP.NET applications; .NET 4.0 or higher required

• Skilled in developing RESTful web services using C# .NET and ASP.NET

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Entity Framework, and LINQ

• JavaScript development experience with Angular.js, jQuery, Kendo UI, or similar libraries

• Capability to utilize unit-testing tools and adopt test-driven development methodologies

• Proficient in debugging and profiling ASP.NET applications

• Knowledge of object-oriented design patterns

• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments

• Familiarity with SCM platforms such as Subversion and TFS

• Technical project experience in analyzing, documenting, and designing software system architectures

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications and/or relevant experience

• Experience in secure application development, mobile application development, and user experience design is a plus
