This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Design, construct, and uphold secure, scalable Salesforce solutions within a regulated enterprise setting.
β’ Take the lead in hands-on Salesforce development utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative functions.
β’ Develop solutions that align with both business and technical specifications.
β’ Implement and sustain REST/SOAP API, middleware, and platform-event integrations.
β’ Create data models, security frameworks, and role-based access controls.
β’ Establish development standards, code quality methodologies, and CI/CD strategies.
β’ Diagnose advanced performance, integration, and production challenges across various environments.
β’ Facilitate technical discussions during sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
β’ Oversee code reviews and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to convert business requirements into technical implementations.
β’ Make architectural and technical choices and offer guidance to leadership.
β’ Assist in release planning, deployment coordination, and environment management.
β’ Keep technical documentation up to date and support audit and compliance initiatives.
β’ Active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
β’ A Master's degree with 10 years of Salesforce development experience, OR a Bachelor's degree with over 12 years of Salesforce development experience.
β’ Extensive experience in Salesforce development including Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and enterprise-level integrations.
β’ Strong comprehension of Salesforce architecture, security models, and development best practices.
β’ Capability to design scalable, maintainable system architectures and lead technical execution.
β’ Experience in mentoring developers and leading technical teams.
β’ Proficient in version control and CI/CD methodologies.
β’ Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States upon hire.
