Senior Software Developer, Back-End Focused

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Engage in sprint planning, milestone tracking, agile ceremonies, deployment, and release management.

• Address technical debt effectively.

• Collaborate with diverse teams and clients to gather requirements and suggest solutions.

• Prepare technical documentation and design specifications.

• Support pre-sales efforts through technical proficiency, demonstrations, and consultations.

• Convert business requirements into scalable back-end solutions.

• Offer feasibility assessments and input on timelines and resources.

• Mentor team members and cultivate client relationships.

• Convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of significant experience in back-end development.

• In-depth knowledge of at least one major back-end programming language, such as Java, Kotlin, .NET, or C#.

• Strong understanding of database technologies, query optimization, and schema design.

• Practical experience with cloud services, including Azure or AWS, covering compute, storage, networking, and managed databases.

• Proven track record in designing and implementing microservices architectures and RESTful APIs.

• Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, serverless architectures, and CI/CD pipeline development.

• Solid grasp of security best practices, performance optimization, and system reliability.

• Demonstrated experience in leading technical projects and mentoring teams.

• Exceptional English communication skills.

• Experience in agile, cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with key performance indicators and monitoring tools such as Datadog or New Relic is a plus.

• Relevant certifications, such as AWS, Java, or cloud architecture, are beneficial.
