Senior Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and manage SonicWall’s backend and cloud-based solutions.

• Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership for production software.

• Exhibit a willingness to collaborate within cross-functional teams in a dynamic, cross-time-zone work setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong foundations in computer science, particularly in data structures and algorithms.

• Proficient programming experience in Java, servlets, and associated technologies.

• Familiarity with database programming.

• Experience with cloud-based product development.

• Background in high transaction volume production systems is advantageous.

• Practical experience utilizing AI-driven coding tools, like Claude Code, for development and troubleshooting.

• Experience with Linux systems and some exposure to shell programming.

• A robust sense of product ownership, coupled with analytical abilities and attention to detail.

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 5 years with a master’s degree.

• A degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering is required.
