Senior Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee all stages of the software development lifecycle, encompassing planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

• Offer technical guidance and hands-on development assistance utilizing C#, .NET Core, Angular, and Microsoft SQL Server.

• Set and uphold quality assurance standards, which include code reviews, automated testing, and performance evaluations.

• Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to establish project priorities, timelines, and resource needs.

• Track project advancements and guarantee the prompt delivery of high-quality software solutions.

• Relay project status, potential risks, and technical suggestions to leadership and business partners.

• Spot opportunities for ongoing enhancements in development processes and technology.

• Report directly to the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives.

• Propel the digital strategy from its inception to a fully realized AI-driven digital decisioning platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• At least three (3) years of leadership experience within a software development setting.

• Proficient experience with C#, .NET Core, Angular, and Microsoft SQL Server.

• Comprehensive understanding of software development methodologies, software architecture, and quality assurance practices.

• Experience in managing software development projects and leading cross-functional teams.

• Background in working with collections systems or within the collections sector.
