• You possess over 5 years of software experience with expertise in one or more popular programming languages, and you are also familiar with various databases and web frontend technologies.

• You know how to construct systems with AI agents as collaborators and team members, and you are passionate about the transformative potential of AI in technology.

• You approach the design and maintenance of systems with maturity, rigor, and a focus on scalability.

• You are at ease working across diverse technical systems and considerations.

• You have experience in building and refactoring complex (often distributed) systems.

• You prioritize outcomes over mere output. You seek to comprehend the 'why' behind your creations and can link your work to business and user impact.
