Senior Software Developer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (product, design, operations, infrastructure) to create innovative application experiences.

• Develop reusable software components that interface with various back-end platforms.

• Analyze and enhance code for quality, efficiency, and performance.

• Lead intricate technical or product initiatives while providing guidance to colleagues.

• Design efficient and scalable systems that support complex applications.

• Identify and address performance and scalability challenges.

• Take ownership of components, features, or systems with an expert-level understanding from start to finish.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise-level back-end solutions.

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or another technical field where programming was a core component.

• Proven experience in software development using modern programming languages such as Java or Python.

• Familiarity with the architecture, design, development, and deployment of large-scale enterprise systems.

• Understanding of security concepts like OAuth and the ability to build reliable and secure applications.

• Proficient in data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and considerations for performance and scalability.

• Experience with relational databases, including development, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

• Understanding and practical experience with API-driven designs that emphasize testable and scalable implementations.

• Experience with various technology stacks: Cloud Development, Platforms, Web Development, Frameworks, or service-oriented architecture.

• Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with event-driven architecture and messaging systems like RabbitMQ or Kafka.

• Comfortable using AI-assisted code development tools and understanding their role in expediting modern software delivery.
