Senior Software Developer, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Creating and executing AI agents that utilize reasoning pipelines (such as multi-step workflows and RAG-based decision-making).

• Incorporating AI functionalities, including LLM-driven services, semantic search, and intelligent automation.

• Contributing to the development of scalable architectures for data- and event-driven systems.

• Enhancing, refactoring, and sustaining existing codebases.

• Collaborating with the Team Lead and Product Owner to design tasks.

• Engaging in code reviews, architectural discussions, and knowledge sharing initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience.

• Proficiency in Java.

• Experience with Spring Boot.

• Familiarity with Docker.

• Knowledge of AI-related technologies, especially Spring AI.

• Experience in integrating LLMs into applications (including OpenAI API, Anthropic, local inference, etc.).

• Understanding of vector databases such as Milvus, Pinecone, Qdrant, and Elasticsearch.

• Experience with AWS Bedrock.

• Knowledge of LangChain4j.

• Understanding of embeddings, basics of prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol.

• Polish language proficiency at C1 level (mandatory).

• English language proficiency at C1/B2+ level (mandatory).
