AI Knowledge Engineer

📋 Description

• Facilitate scalable AI functionalities by structuring, organizing, governing, and maintaining knowledge resources.

• Develop and maintain a centralized, dependable, and reusable knowledge repository.

• Review and merge knowledge resources to enhance accessibility.

• Capture organizational and tribal wisdom during transitions or integrations.

• Set governance and content architecture standards.

• Enhance knowledge resources for better retrieval and AI integration.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure knowledge remains current and pertinent.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Knowledge Management, Information Science, Library Science, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or a similar field, or equivalent professional experience.

• 5–8 years of progressive experience in knowledge management, content architecture, documentation, taxonomy design, or related areas.

• Strong capability to organize content for search, retrieval, or AI-supported workflows.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.

• Experience in capturing institutional knowledge, creating reusable documentation, and collaborating with business stakeholders.

• Familiarity with AI ecosystems and the significance of knowledge in facilitating skills, connectors, agents, and applications is highly preferred.
