This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
β’ Develop AI agents, workflows, tools, and automations that address real challenges in customer service, product management, and operations.
β’ Utilize LLMs, retrieval systems, tool integration, evaluations, guardrails, and automation to enhance practical financial workflows.
β’ Design AI-assisted experiences for onboarding, customer support, KYC, risk assessment, CRM, operations, document management, and product intelligence.
β’ Collaborate with product and engineering teams to determine valuable projects, then rapidly implement and refine them in a production environment.
β’ Focus on real-world constraints such as accuracy, hallucination risk, latency, cost, security, compliance, and user trust in your designs.
β’ Transform manual processes into dependable AI-enabled systems that are capable of scaling effectively.
β’ Practical engineering skills are essential; this role requires more than just AI strategy or management experience.
β’ Proven experience in building AI agents, LLM applications, RAG systems, automation workflows, copilots, or AI-enhanced tools.
β’ Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or a similar technology stack.
β’ Good judgment regarding what processes should be automated versus those that should remain manual.
β’ Capable of delivering functional systems, assessing quality, and enhancing reliability over time.
β’ Experience in fintech, banking, support automation, risk management, KYC, fraud detection, CRM, or operations automation is highly advantageous.
β’ English is the primary working language among our global teams, and strong English communication skills are required.
