Principal Full Stack Engineer – AI First Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable multi-tenant SaaS applications utilizing .NET, Angular, SQL Server/PostgreSQL, and AWS.

• Take ownership of the entire feature delivery process, from domain modeling and backend services to frontend implementation, automated testing, deployment, and production support.

• Produce production-ready code with the assistance of AI-driven development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, and workflows based on Replit.

• Collaborate with Architects to establish application architecture and validate technical strategies through Proof of Concepts (PoCs).

• Create systems employing contemporary architectural patterns including:

• Domain-Driven Design (DDD)

• CQRS

• Event-Driven Architecture

• Backend-for-Frontend (BFF)

• API Gateway

• Develop modern Angular applications utilizing standalone components, Signals, RxJS, Reactive Forms, and reusable UI architectures.

• Design effective database models and enhance SQL performance for high-volume SaaS applications.

• Implement scalable integration, messaging, and distributed system patterns.

• Diagnose complex production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and consistently enhance system reliability and performance.

• Mentor engineers through architectural guidance, technical leadership, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.

• Foster engineering best practices encompassing quality, automation, security, observability, and AI-driven software development.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering.

• Proven experience in a Principal Engineer, Lead Engineer, Software Architect, or comparable technical leadership capacity.

• Mastery of:

• C#

• .NET

• Entity Framework

• Angular

• SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL

• Significant experience in designing and constructing:

• Multi-tenant SaaS applications

• Distributed systems

• REST APIs

• Event-driven architectures

• Profound expertise in:

• Domain-Driven Design (DDD)

• CQRS

• Secure and scalable application architecture

• Advanced understanding of SQL optimization, data modeling, Redis, and OpenSearch/Elasticsearch.

• Familiarity with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Agile methodologies, and contemporary DevOps practices.

• Experience with observability platforms and code quality tools like SonarQube, Mend, Datadog, CloudWatch, or similar.

• Practical experience with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar coding aids.

• Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

• Proficiency in English at C1 level (both written and verbal).
