Senior Software Developer – Agentic Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain agentic orchestrations, automated workflows, and internal tools that enhance software delivery results.

• Collaborate with QA, product management, product ownership, engineering leadership, and design to pinpoint workflow obstacles and devise solutions that boost collaboration and delivery quality.

• Design agent-based workflows capable of coordinating multi-step tasks, interfacing with internal systems, utilizing tools securely, and delivering reliable, auditable outputs.

• Establish frameworks and best practices for creating dependable AI-assisted software delivery tools, including guardrails, validation procedures, human-in-the-loop reviews, and quantifiable quality controls.

• Assess new AI, automation, and orchestration technologies and determine their responsible applications in software delivery.

• Develop reusable frameworks, services, APIs, and integrations that empower teams to automate standard delivery tasks.

• Enhance engineering efficiency by minimizing repetitive manual tasks, improving consistency, and assisting teams in making better technical and product decisions.

• Work alongside security, compliance, and architecture stakeholders to ensure that internal tools adhere to organizational standards for reliability, privacy, maintainability, and governance.

• Occasionally engage in full-stack feature development within the context of the AI Toolset.

• Mentor and support the training and onboarding of new developers.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of software development experience in an Agile, team-oriented environment.

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in a technical field (preferably Computer Science or Software Engineering).

• Strong grasp of OOP concepts and design patterns.

• Proficiency in Angular, ASP.NET Core, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, SASS, and HTML.

• Familiarity with PostgreSQL or other relational databases, along with Entity Framework Core or similar object-relational mapping frameworks.

• Experience in developing internal platforms, developer tools, automation frameworks, workflow engines, integrations, or productivity tools.

• Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle, encompassing planning, development, testing, code review, release management, and operational support.

• Capability to design reliable, maintainable, and scalable software architectures.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, QA, product management, and design teams.
