📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete organic social strategy and implementation for MasterClass, overseeing everything from campaign initiation and content creation to launch, publishing, and optimization.

• Create and oversee social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, customizing creative elements and storytelling to suit each platform and its respective audience.

• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, GTM, and various cross-functional teams to develop social concepts and execute campaigns.

• Leverage social performance metrics and audience insights to enhance content, formats, and overall channel strategy.

• Share insights and recommendations with stakeholders for ongoing improvement.

• Contribute to both ongoing and special MasterClass social initiatives.

• Design AI-driven frameworks and workflows to boost social creativity, effectiveness, and efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in managing organic social media for a well-known brand.

• Demonstrated success in building and cultivating engaged audiences.

• Extensive knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and content aimed at professional audiences.

• Ability to navigate both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

• Proficient in utilizing social performance data and audience insights to inform decisions.

• Excellent skills in cross-functional collaboration.

• Capacity to excel in fast-paced settings.

• Strong understanding of internet culture and trends, with the ability to adapt them into relevant, brand-aligned content.
